Ecole Nationale Superieure de la Patisserie located in Yssingeaux in southeast France near Lyon, is a highly acclaimed pastry school. For the past 25 years, ENSP has been recognized worldwide as a leading training center dedicated to Pastry Arts. More than 1,200 professionals receive training here each year by the finest pastry chef/educators in state-of-the-art facilities. In 2007, Alain Ducasse Enterprises and the Yves Thuries Group joined forces to run this jewel of culinary education.
