Culinary Students! This is your opportunity to enhance your education! 

Learn more about our customized educational programs in France & other European destinations. The programs include current cuisine applications through experimental learning, hands-on cooking and/or pastry, demonstrations, lectures, dining experiences; visits to markets, vineyards, food producers and more!

Join one of our existing programs already in place for 2010.

All of our International Culinary and/or Pastry Studies Programs are approved by the

American Culinary Federation for CEU’S.
