The World of MBI has organized several French-themed culinary education forums hosting chefs from the Normandy and Dordogne regions of France and for the past 11 years has been affiliated with Ivy Tech Community College - Indianapolis and Ft. Wayne campuses, the Culinary School of Kendall College Chicago and other culinary institutions leading students on MBI International Culinary Studies Programs. These outstanding culinary institutions are the perfect venues at which to hold our Culinary Week - exciting forums for cultural and culinary educational exchange with our chef-colleagues from France.
In conjunction with our Culinary Week, three dinners will take place featuring the food of the Auvergne region of France.
